Professional Life Coaching Services

Ready to grab life by the horns, and start kicking-down locked doors?

...of course you are.

As a Certified Professional Life Coach (C.P.C) I work with clients face-to-face in the Denver area, as well as remotely around the world, to help: identify life and professional goals, recognize the obstacles holding them back, and implement actionable steps to help move them toward where they want to be. More about who I am.

This is done simply through structured conversations, where I provide an objective perspective, paired with my own high-energy passion for life-optimization. The process never involves nagging or guilt-tripping, instead it simply aims to cultivate a thought provoking and creatively stimulating experience.

What is life coaching all about?

Part consultant, part motivational speaker, part therapist and part rent-a-friend, coaches work with managers, entrepreneurs, and just plain folks, helping them define and achieve their goals — career, personal, or most often, both.

Coaching is essentially a relationship shared between an accredited coach and a client, which uses a strategic methodology to help individuals maximize their personal potential. Life coaching is not teaching or consulting, those process come from a stance of expertise--and I can promise you, I am no "life expert." Instead, the core of life coaching principles is the honoring of the client as the expert in his/her life, and the belief that only they truly knows what is absolutely best for their own life. With this in mind, my responsibilities as a coach are simply to:

  • Help you identify, clarify, and synthesis your goals.

  • Promote and encourage your own self-discovery.

  • Explore and elicit your own self-generated solutions and strategies.

  • Hold you accountable and responsible, ensuring continued momentum toward your goals.

The process is not whimsical, nor based on my own personal ideas. Life coaching follows a specific framework and uses strategic methodology laid out, taught, and regulated by accreditation bodies such as the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Coaches have the ability to view things from afar — in what some call ‘helicopter vision’ — and to shed new light on difficult situations. Often they can act as a sounding board through tough decisions, help sharpen skills, and motivate.

How it works:

Our first meeting will be a free 30 minute session where we simply get a feel for each other, go over your general goals, and discuss the methods used by myself as a life coach. From there, if we decide it's a good fit, we determine the best scheduling options for you, and begin periodic sessions. If you're not in the Denver area, these sessions can be done remotely via phone, but I prefer in-person, at a mutually comfortable location, such as a coffee shop, library, or park.

Timing/pricing:

I've found 1 hour sessions to be the most effective, and generally suggest 1 to 2 sessions per month. At this standard, my rate is $100 per one hour session. However, I am 100% flexible, and willing to discuss timing and pricing options to fit individual needs.

No commitment, no obligation, and no cost... let's meet for a cup of coffee (or hop on a phone call) and see if life coaching is right for you!
